The wheel was developed by the Heroes fan Aurelain, and was eventually included in Tribes of the East. It shows which skills are available for each class, how to get them, and which skills must be selected to unlock the last racial skill.
The skill wheel is a fan-made addition to Heroes of Might and Magic V that lets players see how the skills in the game are connected.
